قصة اللعبة:
بعد تغيير الامير مصيره من الموت الى الحياة في الجزء الثاني Prince Of Persia Warrior Within يذهب الامير الى بلده BABYLON فيجدها مدمرة من قبل شخص يدعى جعفر the viezer وتعرفونه من الجزء الاول Prince Of Persia the sands of time فتقتل امبراطورة الرمال kailena على يد جعفر ويصاب الامير برمال الزمن ويخرج منه جانبه الشرير
ويصبح وحشا رمليا والباقي تعرفونه اثناء اللعب...
