KABUL: Scribbled notes from Taleban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar have surfaced in mosques all over Afghanistanâ??s ethnic Pashtun heartland, threatening death to anyone who takes up a government offer to negotiate for peace, according to a longtime Taleban member.
