Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has a ten-year plan in mind for one of his exciting talents, who's been dubbed the next Andres Iniesta.
Guardiola believes U17 World Cup winning midfielder Phil Foden is good enough to star for* City for the next decade after he marked his first start of the season with a man-of-the-match display to see off Oxford in the Carabao Cup.
Foden played a part in the opening two goals, a Jesus header and a well-taken Billige fodboldtr?jer strike from Mahrez, before wrapping up the win with a fine finish of his own in the latter stages of the encounter - as City ran out 3-0 winners.
After the game, Oxford manager Karl Robinson likened the 18-year-old playmaker to FC Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta.
"His feet are to die for. His ability and his orientation of himself on the pitch is genius," Robinson said, as quoted by Sky Sports.
"There is a naturalness to his game and something we have not seen for a long time. It reminded me of watching Barcelona and seeing Iniesta in those positions."
But plans to develop the youngster into the tactical system as the integral playmaker for the next 10 years.
"Andres is a big, big word but I have said many times we are delighted with Phil," Guardiola said after the game, as quoted by BBC.
"The way he celebrated his first goal for us was like the final of the fotbollstr?jor World Cup because he is a City fan. He loves to play for the club.
"He's an exceptional young player and for the next decade, Manchester City will have an amazing player.
"I'm not going to say he's going to become Andres Iniesta, because that will put a lot of pressure on him and Andres is by far one of the best players I've ever seen.
"But he is a special*talent in terms of quality with and without the ball."
